Applied Neurobiology (P00916)? Credit Points : 10 ? SCQF Level : 11 ? Acronym : VET-P-P00916 The anatomy, physiology and pathology of the equine nervous system will be studied with particular emphasis on the recent research undertaken in this area of equine science. A critical assessment of the current research issues will also be undertaken in relation to its relevance to disease management in the horse. Discussion sessions will also take place as a means of exploring the application of current and future research to these clinical problems with the aim of enhancing the welfare of the horse.
