Acronym : PPL-2-B-PH This course combines a detailed study of certain classic writings in moral philosophy by such thinkers as Aristotle, Hume, Kant and Mill, together with an examination of some central topics in social and political philosophy, such as social contract theory, liberty, justice, punishment and responsibility. Entry Requirements? Pre-requisites : EITHER Introduction to Philosophy 1 OR both Logic 1h and Philosophy of Science 1h Variants? This course has variants for part year visiting students, as follows
