1. To continue to make students aware of and informed about the diversity of English as a world language at social, regional and national levels.
2. To develop a broader and more advanced knowledge of English Language in its historical perspective, both overseas and within the British Isles. Assessment Information
Coursework and degree exam. Students obtaining an average of 60% or above in classwork may be exempted from the degree examination.
