Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course students should have:-
- a better understanding of the essentials of Greek grammar and syntax;
- an increasing fluency in translating and understanding Greek literary texts;
- an initial awareness of literay critical issues.

Assessment Information

Class work (40%);
one (2-hour) degree exam paper - 60%.
