Criteria for entry to Year 3 | ||||
Normally a pass at 55% or above, at the first attempt, in Linguistics 2 and passes at 50% or above in the prescribed Social and Political Studies 2nd year courses. | ||||
‡ Subject to the approval of the Head of Social Anthropology, a Social Anthropology option course may be substituted for Culture and Power or Consumption, Exchange, Technology. | ||||
D By special arrangement the dissertation MAY be supervised in Social Anthropology. Guidance is given in the Honours booklet. |
