Notes:From this list--Kinship: Structure and Process; Anthropological Theory; Ritual and Religion; and Consumption, Exchange, Technology--are usually done in third year. AND Select a minimum of 40 credits and maximum of 80 credits from the following "Social Anthropology" Subject Collection: 'Subject Collection schedule Social Anthropology level 10' (SUB_SCAN_10) , as available.
Notes:(1) Selections from this list should normally include Social Development and one Regional Analysis course (see Social Anthropology Honours handbook for a list of Regional Analysis courses). (2) Students are required to choose, in consultation with their Director of Studies, six 'optional' courses totalling 120 credits over the two Honours years. Of these, not less that TWO and not more than FOUR must be Social Anthropology courses, and the remainder must be development-related courses either in the School of Social and Political Science or in other parts of the University if there is substantial social science and development content. AND Select a minimum of 0 credits and maximum of 40 credits from the following School Collection: 'School collection schedule A to Q and T and W level 10' (SCH_A-Q/T/W_10) , as available.
