Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
Training in reading academic and non-literary classical and literary Chinese. Introduction to Chinese tradition of historiography, text composition and thought. Training in critical analytical thinking and written and oral presentation of ideas. |
Assessment Information
One essay (2500-3000 words) (50%); MA Honours Chinese Finals Paper 4: Section A (50%). |
