Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
Training in reading academic and non-literary modern and classical Chinese. Introduction to and analysis of core texts in Chinese history and thought. Training in critical analytical thinking and written and oral presentation of ideas.

One essay (2500-3000 words) (50%); MA Honours Chinese Finals Paper 4: Section B (50%).
