Course description |
Advances in scientific knowledge frequently allow development of new technologies or improvements to existing technologies. Recent examples in Biotechnology include knowledge of microbial genomes, the development of microarray and proteomic methods to examine how cells respond to various stimuli. This module examines examples of new technologies and their application to combating important diseases. |
