Course description |
This course will adopt a thematic approach allowing for a detailed exploration of textual and visual representations of the contrasts, comparisons, contradictions and paradoxes of Atlantic cultures. Patterns of movement and migration and the ways in which cultures are transmitted, translated and transformed through contact with other cultures will provide a coherent framework within which to study the diverse range of topics to be covered. |
