Summative assessment. This will take the form of an assignment, which will involve the critical exploration of current perspectives on learning, knowledge creation and the management of learning environments in organisations. It will explore how contemporary developments can help HRD professionals to reflect on and develop practice appropriate to current organisational contexts worth 70% of the total mark for the course (2,500 words). There will also be an exam worth 30% of the total mark for the course. |
