Course description |
This course aims to ensure that the candidate is able to diagnose and manage children with infectious diseases, and be aware of any implications for public health. The course covers the principles of immunisation, and the current immunisation schedule for the UK. |

Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
At the completion of the course the candidate should be able to diagnose and manage children with infectious diseases. The practitioner should know the principles of immunisation, and the current UK immunisation schedule. |
Assessment Information
Formal summative written assessment will constitute 60% of the student's grade. Online assessment will incorporate a variety of activities will constitute 40% of their overall course grade and is taken to represent a formative assessment of learning throughout the programme |
