Course description Semester 1 examines aspects of the visual arts from c.1700 to the 21st century. Entrants will normally be expected to have a pass in History of Art 1 or the equivalent.

Pre-requisites Visiting students should usually have at least 1 introductory level History of Art course at grade B or above (or be predicted to obtain this) for entry to this course. We will only consider University/College level courses.

Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
The objective of the course is to enhance the knowledge and skills of students who already possess a basic familiarity with the discipline, and to broaden their knowledge of the history of art.
Assessment Information
Two essays(80%), presentation and contribution to seminars(20%).
