Course description |
Selected topics concerning conflicts between states and their resolution. The course will deal with such topics as: Principles of state responsibility, diplomatic and institutional procedures for the settlement of disputes, arbitration, the functioning of the World Court, international-law remedies, rules relating to the resort to armed conflict, rules governing the conduct of armed conflict on land and sea and the law of neutrality. Only course LP0002 or LP0003 will be offered in any year. |
