Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
This course is intended to complement existing courses by examining the EU by analysing the underlying economic arguments which are used to advocate economic integration, and their critics. It will equip students of EU law and EU governance to better understand the nature of EU policies ranging from single market policies, competition law, economic and social cohesion, and monetary union. The course will complement the existing specialist EU law courses available within the LLM EU Law.
