This course allows students to explore the nature of counselling and communication in the healthcare setting. Students will explore the use of counsellign approaches in this course. |

| Students will examine the main theoretical perspectives of counselling learning outcomes include the use of counselling approaches in areas such as chronic illness sexual abuse and mental health. |
