Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
- Demonstrate critical understanding of the role of research in nursing and healthcare
- Demonstrate skills of literature reviewing and critical appraisal for research design and for problem solving in the practise setting
- Demonstrate critical understanding of research design in nursing and healthcare
- Demonstrate critical understanding and application of research methods in nursing and healthcare
Assessment Information
This course is assessed by a short report (2,500-3,000 words) of an outline research proposal.

Assessments will be marked according to School/College policy and made available for moderation by the External Examiner.
