Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
By the end of the course participants should be able to do the following:
Understand the historical development and contemporary spread of globalization
Grasp the concept of the global economy
Be aware of the implications of the global economy for societies and the churches within them
Be able to identify the theological implications of the nature and impact of globalization.
Appreciate the ideological dimensions of the advocacy of globalization by transnational institutions. |
Assessment Information
Assessment will be by 3,000 word essay. The title and outline of the essay are to be agreed with the course manager. |
