Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
- An understanding of the dynamics of inter-personal and social conflict
- Knowledge of their own responses to conflict and communication style in conflict situations.
- A basic understanding of mediation theory and practice
- An understanding of factors which affect conflict that are particular to faith settings |
Assessment Information
Following the normal practice in the School of Divinity, all students will be assessed on the basis of a 3,000 word essay. |
