Course description |
This course focuses on the study of selected foundational aspects of international and transnational criminal law and international co-operation in the administration of justice. Specifically, it addresses issues of jursdiction, crimes of international concern, drug trafficking and money laundering. |

Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
By the end of the course, students should be able to demonstrate a critical knowledge and understanding of foundational issues in international criminal law, a familiarity with the principal literature on the topics covered by the course, and an ability to comment critically and engage in debate on the issues raised. |
