| Course description |
The course aims to develop the student&Šs skills in using scientific material to develop a testable hypothesis and construct a research plan to test the hypothesis. Students will be expected to make a convincing argument by summarising existing data, showing how the hypothesis is based on these results and demonstrating that the hypothesis can be tested using a feasible research plan. The research proposal may relate to the proposed laboratory work for the dissertation but will be independent of it. |
