    At the discretion of the Programme Director, students who have previously studied philosophy may be permitted to substitute the compulsory 10 credit courses Introduction to Philosophical Methods and Methods in Political Theory for the 20 credit version of Methods in Political Theory (or another suitable 20 credit course with the Programme Director's authority).
