Degree Programme Table: Master of Architecture (MArch ARB/RIBA Pt 2) (PTMARMARCH1F)


Year 1, Academic year 2010/11, Starting month: September

    The MArch is a 2 year programme. There are compulsory courses that must be taken as part of your 2 year programme. These courses are not listed in the compulsory section below, this is because the year you take these courses can be flexible. Not every course will be run in each year.

    For progression from the first to the second year of the MArch you must pass 120 credits. 240 credits are required for the award of the degree. A minimum of 100 credits must be taken in Architectural Design Studio modules. Students must pass Academic Portfolio 2 to achieve exemption from ARB/RIBA Part 2. Some Architectural Design Studio modules will be linked over two years and will therefore have prerequisites for entry.

    The MArch is a 2 year programme. There are compulsory courses that must be taken as part of your 2 year programme. These courses are not listed in the compulsory section below, this is because the year you take these courses can be flexible. Not every course will be run in each year.
