Aims of course
1 To develop students&© abilities to resolve complex, contemporary design problems arising from individual experiences from practice.

On completion of this course, the student will be able to:
1. fulfill the requirements of a design brief arising from professional experience.
2. respond creatively to the brief beyond the satisfaction of functional & technical requirements.
3. relate design development & intentions to relevant principles & theories of landscape architecture.

Must be passed at grade C, or above, or equivalent to progress to MSc.
Special Arrangements
Landscape Institute criteria: landscape design; professional context. Students will return to College after their professional placement with a project & brief which can be developed in detail during term 3.
