Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
On completion of the module the learner should have a broad understanding of the evolution of architectural design in Western Europe.
The learner should also be able to articulate the contribution of historic developments to the 21st century built environment.
Central to the learning process is searching for, reading from and synthesising information from a wide range of both paper and electronic sources.
The learner will also develop abilities to analyse, and communicate, about visual observations of the built environment.
The learner should develop skills in literature searches and reviews, writing, sketching and other graphic forms, and in presentation. |
