Course descriptionThe aim of the course is for students to gain knowledge and skill sets in the discipline of business coaching.
This is set against a backdrop of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council's coaching competencies and aims to develop students to an initial foundation level of competence. The coaching programme provides a range of appropriate interventions that will help to set the varying MBA students? aspirations.

- Knowledge of key models relating to the concept of business coaching
- Knowledge and application of coaching tools relating to personal development and growth.

- The development of realistic coaching plans to enable continuing professional development in self and others
- The ability to work effectively as a coach on a range of personal, organisational and corporate issues
