Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
This course is taught in discrete sections which have differing learning outcomes. The enterprise initiative is designed to give students practise team working in a professional level context and analysing complex problems where information is limited and/or comes from a range of sources. The enterprise initiative also develops student&İs skills in making presentations, decision making and knowing how to critically approach the literature.
The final year field course further develops student&İs field skills so that they have a detailed knowledge and understanding of key field practises as well as a critical understanding of their value. Fieldwork represents further experience of making decisions where data is limited or comes from a range of sources as well as being a professional level context with an inherent degree of unpredictability. |
