Course descriptionThis course involves more advanced study of subjects within the broad field of public law, for students who have completed the foundation course in Constitutional Law Ordinary or Public Law of the UK and Scotland. A principal focus of interest will be developments in the law and government of Scotland arising from the constitutional reforms of 1998. Other topics, as selected, will involve study in depth of particular subject areas, with reference to Scotland, the United Kingdom and comparative material.
