This courses will address the intersection between translation and writing, creativity in literary translation, and views of translation as enhancement of one&Šs own oeuvre and literary system. |

&ˇ Understanding of a wide range of creative translational strategies.
&ˇ Knowledge of a coherent critical vocabulary which can be used to describe and explain translational phenomena.
&ˇ Awareness of the diversity and interconnectedness of possible approaches to literary translation.
&ˇ Capacity to synthesise theoretical, critical and textual skills with reflective insight.
&ˇ Critical and creative thinking on one&Šs own translation practice, as well as on those of others.
&ˇ Experience in carrying out in-depth research on literary translation.
&ˇ Experience in producing publishable-quality translations of literary texts. |
