This course is only available to students in the School of Design.
Indicative course content
This course enables students to develop the in-depth knowledge and skills appropriate to their chosen discipline. Students work on a series of exercises and projects of differing time-frames and increasing complexity within a studio environment. Students are encouraged to develop an integrated iterative creative process that incorporates making, evaluating, presenting and reflecting.
Aims of course
1 develop advanced creative methods, techniques and approaches
2 explore how practitioners personally conceptualise briefs
3 introduce advanced materials and processes
