Indicative course content
This module enables students to develop a personal integrated, critical and reflective design research approach appropriate to their chosen design discipline. Students work on self-selected and generated design projects within a design studio environment.
Aims of course
1 Develop and consolidate advanced personal design methods, techniques and approaches
2 Explore how designers generate and justify personal design briefs in the context of their discipline
3 Develop and consolidate advanced personal approaches to materials and processes
