Course description |
To consolidate an understanding of the specialist concerns and issues of contemporary Intermedia. To facilitate the interpretation of ideas through visual forms and challenge the student to experiment and take risks in the pursuit of a developing personal language in Intermedia. |

On completion of this element, the student is expected to:
1. Demonstrate an awareness of developments within contemporary Intermedia.
2. Articulate a personal approach to work which is generated through a synthesis of existing practice and research.
3. Experiment with different contexts and solutions in the generation of work.
4. Participate in critical analysis of their own work, and those of other artists.

Mid-session review and end of year assessment by portfolio submission.
Assessment installation in studio space with artist statement.
