Short description: This course aims to explore the main principles of international economic law and the institutions of international economic governance, including inter alia:

&· Sovereignty over natural resources
&· Sustainable development
&· Free trade
&· Free movement of capital
&· Investor protection
&· Corporate social responsibility
&· The World Bank, IMF, WTO, UNCTAD, OECD and the G20
