Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
After successful completion of this course, a student will have:
(1) understood better an account of the church as a community of theological reflection and ethical practice;
(2) engaged critically with key texts in Practical theology, ethics, marriage, family, war, pacifism and reconciliation;
(3) developed skills in ethical reflection and understood its relationship to ethical living and action;
(4) demonstrated the ability to engage in constructive discussion and debate with other seminar group members in a respectful manner.

Assessment Information
The assessment will be based on:
20% on seminar reflection and participation;
20% on essay of 2,000 words;
60% on examination.
NB In order to pass this course, students must obtain a minimum of 40% in each of the above assessed components.
