Aims of course
1 To engage critically with a rage of Intermedia research methodologies.
2 To develop a body of Intermedia Art research that develops ideas from genesis to execution

Entry Requirements (not applicable to Visiting Students)
Pre-requisites Students MUST have passed: ( Intermedia Practice 3 (ARTX09043) AND Intermedia Research 3 (ARTX09044) AND Intermedia Professional Practice 3 (ARTX09045) AND Art 3: Visual Research (ARTX09046))
Co-requisites Students MUST also take: Intermedia Practice 4 (ARTX10013) AND Intermedia Professional Practice 4 (ARTX10015) AND Art 4: Extended Research Project (ARTX10018)
Prohibited Combinations Other requirements This course is only available to ECA students on degree programmes belonging to the School of Art.
Additional Costs ECA students are required to pay for the cost of materials used throughout their programme of study.

1. Develop a personal approach to Intermedia art research employing a range of creative methodologies.
2. Critically analyze Intermedia research in relation to the origins and end points of creative endeavor.
3. Demonstrate a significant ability to structure, manage, and present the results of individual Intermedia research.
