Course description | The aim of the course is for students to gain knowledge and skill sets in the discipline of business coaching.
This is set against a backdrop of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council's coaching competencies and aims to develop students to an initial foundation level of competence. The coaching programme provides a range of appropriate interventions that will help to set the varying MBA students? aspirations. |
