Course descriptionThe dissertation is an extended piece of scholarship in which students have the opportunity to study in depth a topic largely of their own choosing in the feild of economics. It is the component of a master¿s programme which most clearly differentiates it as ¿an advanced degree programme¿, and is the point at which the student progresses from structured coursework to independent study.
