Course descriptionThis module explores further topics in micro-econometrics. Students will be introduced to various tools that are part of the basic econometric training of professional economists. The course is intended for students who want to be professional economists or who want to go on to PhD study. Material covered may include panel data, limited dependent variables and programme evaluation (ie. ATE, LATE, etc.)
Entry Requirements (not applicable to Visiting Students)
Pre-requisites Students MUST have passed: Econometrics 1 (ECNM11043) AND Econometrics 2 (ECNM11050)

Prohibited Combinations Other requirements Students must have taken and passed Econometrics classes similar to ECNM11043 and ECNM11050 AND must email sgpe@ed.ac.uk in advance to request permission.
