Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
At the end of this course the candidate should be able to recognise the sick child and assess the severity of illness or injury. The student should be able to demonstrate an understanding of skills in essential life support for the emergency management of the sick child. |
Assessment Information
Formal summative written assessment will constitute 60% of the student's grade. Online assessment will incorporate a variety of activities will constitute 40% of their overall course grade and is taken to represent a formative assessment of learning throughout the programme |
