Consideration will be given to such topics as constitution and breach of contract; public policy and contracts; and the future of contract law. |

Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
To develop in each member of the class:
a critical knowledge and understanding of the Scots law of contract in its doctrinal, comparative and social context;
the ability to articulate that knowledge and understanding in speech and writing;
