Course descriptionThis half-course will provide practical and theoretical experience of the various training modalities that influence sports performance. In particular, this course will consider specificity of training coupled with the effective design, presentation and implementation of training modalities.

Pre-requisites Students MUST have passed: Sport Science 1A (SPRT08002) AND Sport Science 2A (SPRT08004)
