Course descriptionA course of lectures and practicals covering major aspects of reproductive biology, delivered by staff in Biomedical Sciences, Reproductive & Developmental Sciences, the Institute of Cell Biology and the Institute of Stem Cell Research.
The topics covered include: control of reproduction; sexual differentiation and gonadal development; fertilisation and early embryonic development; and pregnancy, paturition and lactation.

Pre-requisites It is RECOMMENDED that students have passed Genes and Gene Action 2 (BILG08003) AND Physiology 2 (BIME08005) AND Neuroscience with Pharmacology 2 (BIME08001)
