Course descriptionSmall Scale Research Project 2 (SSR2) provides trainees with experience of completing a service related research project within a clinical context. It should be directly related to clinical work undertaken on either placement 3 or placement 4.

Class Delivery Information Trainees receive teaching on Research & Statistics during each of the first three years of the programme. They receive supervision for their Small Scale Research Project from a member of the academic team and their placement supervisor.

A small scale research report is submitted for assessment in the format of either a journal article or an audit report. Trainees also present their findings in a mini poster conference to peers and members of the academic team.
