Review the pathophysiology of benign, malignant and premalignant oesophageal and gastric tumours; Demonstrate a detailed understanding of the surgical management of oesophago-gastric disorders; Apply a constant and integrated approach to critical analysis, evaluation and synthesis of new and complex ideas, information and issues; Exercise a high level of autonomy and initiative in professional activities at a level of independent surgical practice
