Course descriptionThe legal rules regulating the acquisition, transfer both voluntary and involuntary and restrictions on the exercise of rights in property--heritable and moveable, corporeal and incorporeal--with particular emphasis on the effectiveness of the present rules in meeting the needs of modern society.
