&· Globalisation
&· Sovereignty over natural resources
&· Sustainable development
&· Free trade
&· Free movement of capital
&· Investor protection
&· Corporate social responsibility
&· The World Bank, IMF, WTO, UNCTAD, OECD and the G20

Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
Learning outcomes: At the end of the course students will have:

&· gained an understanding of the variety of approaches and institutions in developing international economic law;
&· acquired an overview of the fundamental principles and conceptual architecture of international economic law as a whole.
