| Course description | The four week attachment focuses on patient management in the community and at the hospital/community interface. Each student will be supported individually by a General Practice Tutor and other primary healthcare team members, and also benefit from case-based tutorial and project work. |

| There are 2 components to the assessment in General Practice: Assessment by Practice Tutor, consisting of a standardised assessment of the attitudes, skills and knowledge students must display while in practice, and a patient study. |
