Course descriptionThe course focuses on the two most prominent and influential philosophers of antiquity, Plato and Aristotle, and on three major areas within their philosophy: Philosophy of Nature and Mind (Plato's Timaeus and Aristotle's De Anima); Practical Philosophy (Plato's Aesthetics and Aristotle's Politics);and Metaphysics (Plato's Theory of Forms and Aristotle's Metaphysics).
