Indictive course content
This course introduces students to the working methods and professional practices within their specific discipline that underpin studio practice
Course description Introduce, presentation and dissemination of artistic work.

Various topics will be introduced during the academic year.
Entry Requirements (not applicable to Visiting Students)
Pre-requisites Students MUST have passed: Professional Practice 1 (Art) (ARTX07005) OR Professional Practice 1 (Photography) (ARTX07035)
Co-requisites Students MUST also take: ( Studio 2 (Photography) (ARTX08040) AND Research 2 (Photography) (ARTX08041) AND Art 2: Postmodernism and After (ARTX08025))
Prohibited Combinations Other requirements This course is only available to ECA students on degree programmes belonging to the School of Art.

Direct Entry students to Year 2 must have Recognised Prior Learning equivalent to 120 credits.

On completion of this course, the student will be able to:

  3. COMMUNICATE: communicate proposals, concepts and responses orally, visually and in writing.
