Learning Outcomes 
| When students have successfully completed this course, they will have: 1. carried out detailed exegetical study of a set text from the Hebrew Bible in its text-critical, literary, historical, and theological dimensions;
 2. improved their linguistic skills;
 3. had practice in writing a substantial exegetical essay; and
 4. gained a deeper understanding of part of the Hebrew Bible.
